“No good reason NOT to” = epic fail

Twice yesterday I met men who needed a physical exercise program and said to me, “I have no good reason NOT to.”

Fail.

That is not a reason TO do anything. The absence of something never implies the necessity of its presence.

“No good reason NOT to” will always surrender to Laziness, which really is just Doubt, the weak but insidious child of Fear.

Do something good for yourself. Find a Reason, with a capital R.
