Life gives what you can take

In my limited experience on the planet, for the most part, life seems to gives us what we can handle at the moment.

There are, of course, exceptions. Extraordinary stresses caused by grief or some unforeseen problem can take their toll. However, even in these circumstances, help is always available. I am always amazed at the resourcefulness of the people who are wise enough to reach out to me for help when they need it.

So it holds: life gives us what we can take, including the sources of help.

Meditation: Using Reiki, allow yourself to receive. Know that the Universe is helping you to illuminate your priorities. Feels the energy flow through you, addressing what your body needs. Now feel it flowing into your situation. Allow it to help you address the situations you need to be settled. Relax. Breathe. Allow.
