It occurs to me that nighttime is the perfect opportunity to connect beyond the apparent reality.
A quiet night, just before sleep arrives to rinse our static, has so few distractions and pressing concerns. We have arrived at a consensus in peaceful societies, in locations where we have the luxury of quietude in the evenings, that the hours before midnight and stretching into the dawn belong to those who are resting.
To sleep, to dream. Or perhaps to envision, to intend, to create.
To reach out through our apparent reality, join with it, bring it all together and set our intention for how we want it to be.
Restful. Peaceful. Gentle.
